Due to many requests from members, we have made changes to the ticket registration policy. Please read the following instructions carefully.

• Sign up to receive ticket for free dinner at the Spring Festival Celebration at kurtzman room and ball room on Feb 13. No ticket is required for other sessions of our event.

• The number of dinner tickets is limited to 700 and each ticket serves only one person.

• Tickets will be distributed on Feb 3nd to Feb 5th, and Feb 8th to Feb 10th On the fifth floor of WPU from 12pm to 1pm. Announcements will be sent to the email address you provided.

• For those with Pitt ID, each person can reserve up to TWO free guest tickets plus your own. Please make sure your name, university ID number and email address are correct, and indicate how many guest tickets you need. If you have already registered but want to get ticket(s) for your guest(s), please register with your name and ID again for your guest(s) ONLY (your previous registration is still valid). Please bring your ID when claiming your tickets.

• For those without Pitt ID, each person can also reserve up to THREE tickets, including yourself. A one dollar fee will be charged for each ticket. Please fill out your title and affiliation in the Pitt University ID field, for example, visiting scholars at Pitt, student from CMU, from Duquesne and so on. Make sure your name and email address are correct. Please bring any ID card that has your name on it and the amount of cash you need to pay when claiming your ticket(s).

• Volunteers and performers do NOT need to register. We will reserve dinner tickets for you.

• The food preference is for statistical purpose and may not be guarantied.

• You may print a copy of the confirmation page for your record.
